AWS3 Active Welding System controls the ISO DC inverter welding power supply family as well as the motorized weld heads and pincers. It can be easily integrated into machines and existing systems using its bus interface. AWS3 is a complete solution providing process control, process monitoring and quality analysis all in one.
The multi-lingual user interface as well as the operating concept is highly straightforward and has an intelligent design: status line, menu bar and interactive user guide with context help make using the system very easy. Another AWS3 advantage is the combined CF/MD interface (CompactFlashTM, MDTM) for storing parameters, system configurations, data logging, screenshots and waveforms

Integrated Process Control
AWS3 offers integrated process control for all electrical and mechanical welding parameters, i.e. for current, voltage, power, weld time, force and distance. The quality of the welding process is considerably improved thanks to a special speed-optimized digital parameter control.

Integrated Monitoring
Production monitoring of AWS3 is realized trough data logging, static and dynamic monitoring, troubleshooting, fault tracking and statistical process control (SPC). Process stability can be analyzed using histogram and run-chart screens.
