The VS1000 vacuum sealing system is a configurable platform for precision sealing of components in a low vacuum atmospheric chamber. Applications include MEMs, frequency control, crystal oscillator, sensors, and other technology devices. The VS1000 atmospheric chamber can be configured to include a glovebox, vacuum oven, and application specific tooling. The integrated inverter power supply performs closed loop controlled welding, brazing, and soldering processes.
