Diamond 300/400/500 Dispensing System
This desktop/in-line system is designed to give you maximum dispensing flexibility. Because this system is developed with all movements on top of the frame it meets medium- to high volume, high performance (in-line) production requirements and is also ideal to use for development work. With the availability of three different sizes and their working areas of 300 x 300 x 60 mm (XYZ)/ 400 x 300 x 60 mm (XYZ)/ 500 x 400 x 60 mm (XYZ), it gives you the possibility to dispense a large number of different applications. The Diamond 300/400/500 can be used for dispensing tiny beads to large potted dots, with high or low viscosity fluids, in flat, sloped and circular pattern. Utilizing time/pressure or positive displacement dispense technology, the Diamond 300/400/500 produces extremely reliable and consistent results according to the highest industrial standards.
