The MICROPULL V (MP5) is a manual machine designed to perform wire bond pull tests in the 0.9 to 99.9 gram-force range in accordance with MIL-STD-883C and MIL-STD-1722. The simple mechanical operation has been show to be fast and efficient in production line applications.
