Desktop Series ACF/Heat-Seal Bonding Systems

The MIYACHI EUROPE Desktop Series for ACF and Heat-Seal Bonding are table top Hot-Bar Systems using Pulsed Heat Thermode Technology or alternative Constant Heat. The systems are equipped with the SH500 pneumatic bonding head and a quick connect block with thermode-plane thermode. The Desktop Series for ACF- and Heat-Seal Bonding can be delivered with different product handling features like manual or automatic left-right or front-rear slides and manual or automatic rotary tables.
